All Sales Are Final
At Fearless Flare, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that embody fearlessness. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
While we aim for perfection, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@fearlessflare.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage. Once confirmed, we’ll provide instructions to resolve the issue, including a possible replacement.

Returned Packages
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will hold it for 14 days. Contact us at info@fearlessflare.com to arrange re-shipment or update your address. After 14 days, unclaimed packages will be considered final, and no further action will be taken.

Chargeback and Dispute Policy
Fearless Flare values transparent communication and customer satisfaction. Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company, please contact us at info@fearlessflare.com to resolve any issues with your order.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in being barred from future purchases, as well as additional fees to cover investigation costs. If a chargeback is filed, Fearless Flare reserves the right to provide all necessary documentation to your financial institution to contest the claim, including proof of shipment, delivery, and correspondence.
